Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations (approx. 300 employees), including payroll inputs, disbursement, and compliance audits.
Support centralization plans for subsidiary payroll processes (approx. 100 employees).
Lead the HRIS migration for the head office and manage the transition plan for subsidiaries.
Implement a streamlined employee query management system.
Develop, track, and report on HR metrics and service level satisfaction.
Champion HR transformation initiatives leveraging AI technologies.
Drive the development of a shared services model for HR functions.
Co-author and update people policies in alignment with corporate governance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
10–15 years of solid experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
At least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team of five or more.
Strong background in HRIS integration and transitions.
Proven experience handling payroll for 300+ employees, including executives.
Skilled in payroll audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strategic, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset.
Open to candidates based in Makati or Cebu.
