What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Greet patients and answer telephone calls
• Schedule appointment requests and indicate special needs
• Communicate insurance participation and financial responsibility to patients
• Obtain and register patients' insurance and demographic information in EPIC
• Perform real-time insurance verification and address outstanding Epic work queue accounts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including proficiency in medical terminology
• Exceptional customer service skills in a high-volume environment
• Prior experience in a call center preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework in a relevant field
• Experience in a healthcare-related customer service setting
