We're a Facebook ad agency that grew from 20 clients to over 40 this year. We run paid advertising for businesses across multiple industries and manage millions in ad spend.

The position is remote. We have clear processes and training materials so the right person can get up to speed fast.

Your day to day looks like this:
Check messages across our business platforms and respond to anything that needs a reply. When a new lead comes in, qualify them and book a call if they're a fit. Keep our professional profiles updated and looking good across the platforms we use. Gather documents needed for bookkeeping and prepare payment drafts. Triage email and handle small admin tasks that come up. Send outreach messages to potential clients using templates we provide.

Requirements
Must-haves: Fluent in English.
US-based with valid US government ID
That's it. No previous experience required.
Nice to have: You've worked in a place that runs on clear processes and documentation.
Availability
Respond to messages a few times throughout the day during US business hours.
