
Part Time Admin Assistant - Promotional Items and Team Stores

About the job
Exciting opportunity to join the Hoss Co. team! We are an apparel brand who specializes in custom apparel and have recently expanded into promotional items as well. We are looking for someone with experience in Team Stores and Promotional Product industries to join our team. This is a fully remote position, but candidates in the Chicago area would be preferred. Other locations within the US will also be considered. Right now this is a part time position with an expected workload of 10-20 hours a week. Pay for this position is $25/hour. Work flow in our industry comes in waves, so this could go up or down as demand changes. As we continue to grow there is potential for this to grow into a full time position.
Responsibilities
- Order Tracking and Processing
- Building out Team Stores (Teams, Schools, Non Profits, etc.)
- Assistance in Promotional product presentations and sourcing
- Creating and Organizing spreadsheets for team/organizations
- Light Mockup work as needed
- Potential for additional admin related work on an as needed basis
Qualifications
- Must have experience in the custom apparel/team store industry
- Must have experience in the Promotional Industry (Sage Platform preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple projects consecutively and manage time efficiently
- Must be comfortable in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Good with numbers and detail oriented
- Familiarity with artwork and printing processes (Heat seal, screen printing, embroidery, 4 Color processes, etc.)
- Must have some experience in Adobe Illustrator for light design work (mock ups, color changes, etc.). We have a Graphic Design team for complex needs, but the ability to help out with basic design work will be needed.
- Experience or working knowledge of the sports industry would be helpful
