Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing ecommerce fashion brand with a strong digital presence and a passionate community. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help keep every part of the business organized, efficient, and moving forward.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects, initiatives, and day-to-day business activities stay on pace and aligned with company goals. This role requires a highly organized professional with proven ecommerce fashion brand experience and deep knowledge of Shopify logistics and operations.

You will work cross functionally with every department to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, pop up activities, and overall business operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ecommerce business and ensure all projects and initiatives remain on schedule
• Manage and optimize Shopify ecommerce logistics and fulfillment processes
• Coordinate and support product launches, marketing initiatives, and pop up events
• Maintain oversight of inventory flow, order management, and vendor coordination
• Act as a central point of communication across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with customer service, logistics, finance, human resources, and marketing teams
• Track progress of company initiatives using Asana and other project management tools
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Support leadership with reporting, planning, and execution of business priorities
• Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed with accuracy and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience
• Direct experience working with an ecommerce fashion brand
• Strong Shopify ecommerce logistics experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• Experience coordinating cross functional teams
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced remote environment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Shopify platform and ecommerce operations
• Advanced experience with project management software
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Experience with ecommerce tools, inventory systems, and logistics platforms
