Role Description

Qount is hiring a full-time, work-from-home Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through a smooth implementation and drive early value from the platform. You’ll own the onboarding experience from kickoff through go-live, building onboarding plans, coordinating stakeholders, delivering training, and troubleshooting issues to ensure adoption and satisfaction. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to tailor onboarding to each firm’s workflows and set clients up for long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding kickoffs and define success metrics, timelines, and milestones
  • Configure accounts and guide clients through setup, workflows, and best practices
  • Deliver live training sessions and create/maintain enablement resources
  • Identify and resolve onboarding blockers; manage expectations and escalations as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes, templates, and playbooks
  • Ensure a clean handoff to the post-onboarding team with documented outcomes and next steps

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in onboarding/implementation, client success, or account management (SaaS preferred)
  • Client-first mindset: proven ability to build relationships, drive adoption, and improve retention/satisfaction
  • Communication: strong written/verbal skills; comfortable presenting and training groups of varying sizes
  • Problem solving: resourceful in troubleshooting product/workflow issues and guiding clients to resolution
  • Project management: able to run multiple onboardings at once, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines
  • Technical aptitude: comfortable learning SaaS tools quickly; familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools is a plus
  • Collaboration: effective partner across teams to deliver a great client experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Nice to have: experience with accounting firms, practice management, workflow tools, or data reporting
