Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This is a full-time, salaried remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. In this role, you will coordinate the onboarding process, facilitate virtual orientations, and support new employees as they transition into their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for newly hired therapists.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and IT to ensure new hires receive necessary resources and equipment on time.
  • Maintain and update onboarding documents and employee records accurately in the HRIS (Paycor).
  • Assist in resolving any onboarding-related issues and provide support to new hires throughout their initial employment period.
  • Continuously assess and improve the remote onboarding process based on feedback from new hires and managers.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Previous experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a remote work environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
