Onboarding Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing and streamlining the onboarding process for new clients and customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Daily tasks include coordinating background checks, drug tests, I-9s, and ushering candidates through the pre-employment requirements so that they can start their new job with our client. Pay starts at $22/hour

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster positive client relationships
• Experience in Customer Onboarding processes
• Must be very organized!!
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
