Key Responsibilities
Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings across teams

Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping

Monitor task lists and follow up on assigned action items
Support preparation of routine operational summaries

Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or office support roles
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently within a structured process-driven environment
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
