Job Description
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through non-voice communication channels
Providing prompt and accurate information to customers
Resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Job Qualifications:
At least 2nd year undergraduate
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet navigation
Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
Familiarity with publishing processes is a plus
