What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions
• Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a customer's request, including necessary follow-ups
• Process ACH payments while adhering to established procedures
• Make outgoing welcome calls to new customers, addressing initial inquiries and verifying essential information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience is required
• Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing is desired
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information and multitask effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with email, MS Word, and MSP
• Proven ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
