Blush is a fast-growing, high-end matchmaking company seeking an exceptional, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented Membership Experience Specialist to join our boutique matchmaking service. In this highly personalized role, you will focus on thoughtful, one-on-one conversations designed to understand alignment, assess fit for high-end clients, and guide prospects through the matchmaking process with clarity and ensure every interaction reflects Blush’s luxury, white-glove standard.
This is a people-first, high-touch position that requires outstanding communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and confidence in navigating nuanced emotional and interpersonal dynamics. You must possess strong intuition, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of what makes people compatible, both on paper and in person.
We’re looking for someone who can handle complex conversations with tact, offer thoughtful and honest feedback, and make real-time decisions with clarity and confidence. You’ll need to balance warmth and professionalism, manage expectations, and guide people with empathy while holding firm boundaries and maintaining control of the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding conversations with prospects to introduce the Blush matchmaking process and set clear expectations.
- Engage in thoughtful discussions to assess whether a prospect is a strong fit for a high-end client based on preferences, values, and overall alignment.
- Confidently and respectfully discuss potential date opportunities with prospects and gauge their interest in moving forward.
- Answer prospect questions regarding the matchmaking process, privacy, safety, and next steps.
- Help prospects feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout every stage of the experience.
- Communicate professionally and consistently across phone, video, and text-based channels.
- Document conversations, outcomes, and key details accurately in internal systems to support matchmakers and operations teams.
- Operate with discretion, integrity, and the utmost professionalism in all interactions.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment—this is not a 9-to-5 role and requires a true self-starter mindset.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt your tone, style, and approach to a wide range of personalities.

- No prior matchmaking experience is required, but relevant experience in high-touch client services, recruiting, luxury hospitality, counseling, or similar relationship-focused fields is highly valued.
