• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a membership-based or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen actively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and member requests.
