Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Member of the Board of Advisors at Exposure+PlusTV™. Advisory members will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the organization, leveraging their expertise to provide guidance on key decisions and business opportunities. Responsibilities include participating in regular board meetings, offering insights on industry trends, ensuring the company maintains its commitment to innovation, and helping to foster strategic partnerships that support the company's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a solid understanding of business development and operational scaling.
• Experience in digital entertainment, media, or a related field, with a deep understanding of industry trends and technologies.
• Proven leadership and advisory experience, with the ability to provide guidance on high-level company strategies and initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote settings.
• Experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships in the media/entertainment industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in financial, legal, or governance roles is a plus.
• A strong professional network and a proven ability to open new opportunities for business growth is advantageous.
