Position: Medical Records Specialist

Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Duration: Through mid 2026 Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to the medical records field using your professional experience.
• Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content in medical records.
• Provide structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality.
• Develop evaluation rubrics for assessing AI-generated medical records tasks.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.

Qualifications Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Medical Records Specialist.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).
