Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Journalism Internship role located in New Jersey. As a Journalism Intern, you will be responsible for writing and editing content such as press releases, news articles, and other written materials. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting research, developing story ideas, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality and accurate reporting. Additionally, you will have opportunities to advance your communication skills through interviews and interactions with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, news writing, and press release crafting abilities
• Effective communication skills for interviews and stakeholder engagement
• Proven research and fact-checking capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in meeting deadlines and managing time effectively
• Enthusiasm for journalism and staying updated on industry trends
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Journalism, Communications, or related program is a plus
