Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing customers (Japanese companies). Primarily focus on sales for existing customers, with plans to handle new development sales for local clients in the future.
Communicate with internal local staff (design team) and vendors.
Create comprehensive proposals for interior design, layout, IT, and work styles, including furniture, for customers.
After receiving an order, the plan will be handed over to Project Management, which will take over the site. Responsibilities will be shared depending on the situation, with the supervisor managing the site during delivery (handover to the management group).
Fit-out management: Oversee site progress to facilitate office creation. Once familiar with general sales operations, there may be opportunities to handle corporate planning and online business initiatives.
Business trips to attend international exhibitions overseas.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Have a Bachelor's Degree.
Have Business-Level English.
Have a minimum High conversational Japanese Level.
Have 3 years of experience in either A or B or C type below:
A : B2B sales experience with tangible products
B : B2B sales experience with in-tangible products, with strong interest in furniture and design industry
C : Project management or engineer experience in construction or office design industry, with strong interest in Sales
