Job Responsibilities

Manage daily support requests, including review, assessment and assignment of tasks to appropriate IT team member, and monitor progress to resolution.

Identify continuous improvement projects that improve system performance, reduce cycle time, eliminate errors and reduce cost.

Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management
