Role Description

This is an unpaid, part-time remote internship for a Grant Coordinator at Saint AI Foundation, Inc. The Grant Coordinator will manage the end-to-end grant application process, including identifying funding opportunities, writing compelling proposals, preparing required documents, and submitting applications. The role also involves tracking grant deadlines, managing grant compliance, and building relationships with stakeholders. The coordinator will contribute to ensuring compliance with funding standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Grant Administration and Proposal Writing, with attention to detail and the ability to develop strong proposals.
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills to effectively convey concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze grant-related data.
• Knowledge and experience in Program Management, including the ability to track deadlines and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Proficiency in organizing and coordinating project workflows, with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while contributing to collaborative team goals.
• Previous experience in nonprofit or educational sectors and familiarity with the AI and data science field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
