Indoor Sales Representative

Summary

We are currently seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our retail team at our Ogudu location.

This role is ideal for a dependable individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

The successful candidate must reside within close proximity to Ogudu to ensure punctuality and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Engage professionally with walk-in customers, offering product guidance and support

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed

Achieve sales targets

Provide exceptional after-sales service and encourage customer retention.

Requirements

Minimum academic qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline

1 - 3 years’ experience in retail, customer service, or a sales-related role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be courteous, confident, and professionally groomed

Must reside in or near Ogudu, Lagos

Ability to resume work immediately.
