Role Overview

The HR Operations & Coordination Intern ensures that work moves from discussion to completion. You will support growth and partnerships teams by tracking execution, coordinating communication, and maintaining CRM and process hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ownership across teams

  • Ensure commitments made in meetings are executed

  • Coordinate and schedule internal meetings

  • Document action items and follow up to closure

  • Support the Partnerships & Growth Intern

  • Maintain data accuracy and operational hygiene

  • Track goal progress and flag execution gaps
