Job Summary:
We are looking for a multi-functional HR and Finance executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage human resources functions, accounts payable (AP) & accounts receivable (AR), payroll (US & India), and general office administration. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
This role covers HR-US& India Payroll, Time sheet collection & Invoicing and Admin activities to run an office oof 10+ employees to start with and to grow further in Hyderabad & Bangalore.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with expert-level Excel skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow into a successful HR professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies.
• Manage payroll, leave tracking, and performance evaluations.
• Handle statutory compliance, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, and other labor laws specific to Telangana State.
• Process and manage India and US payroll activities, including payroll processing, tax deductions, and compliance with regional regulations.
• Support training and development initiatives for employees.
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Manage customer invoices, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payments and collections.
Office Administration:
• Oversee daily office operations, supplies management, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling office communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
• Support leadership with special projects and reports as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, AP & AR, payroll, and office administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems, and compliance with Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Telangana-specific regulations.
• Experience in processing payroll for both US and India, including tax deductions and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in AP & AR processes, financial reconciliation, and QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.
• Knowledge of HRIS and financial management systems.
• Familiarity with state and federal labor laws, particularly those applicable in Telangana and the US.
