About the Opportunity:

This role involves assisting customers with their health plans and coverage for a well-known benefits company. The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, share product and service information, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position is open to candidates residing in Connecticut only.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls

• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues

• Provide product and service information

• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications

• Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics

• Navigate system tools to find answers and information

Requirements:

• Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and efficiently navigate multiple screens

• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Flexible to work various shifts including nights, evenings, and weekends

• Home setup with a hardwired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with webcam video presence required during training and production
