The Role
A proactive and highly organized intern to join our team as a Growth Operations Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both our daily office functions and key growth initiatives. The intern will gain invaluable experience across administrative, operational, and marketing support, working closely with our VA Manager and Growth Manager. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, make an impact, and potentially grow into a full-time role with ProVA after their internship.
Responsibilities
The Growth Operations Intern, will be at the heart of our daily functions and strategic growth, handling a diverse set of responsibilities including:
General Office Operations & Logistics: Oversee the general functionality of the office space and provide basic IT support for office equipment
Procurement & Inventory Management: Assist with the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and gadgets, as well as track inventory levels to ensure we're always well-stocked.
Gadget Management: Help set up, organize, and file office gadgets and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained, stored, and readily available.
Office Transition Operations: Actively support our upcoming move to a permanent office site, assisting with logistics, packing, setup, and ensuring a smooth transition for all operations.
Social Media Management: Timely social media activities, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and researching trends to boost our online presence.
Data Entry & Reporting: Assist with inputting data related to growth campaigns and operational metrics, contributing to the generation of insightful reports.
Qualification
An active NYSC Corp Member serving in Epe, Lagos, or a recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or a related field
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Familiarity with social media platforms and project management tools is a plus.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced start-up environment.
