We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers to collaborate with our team.

Role Description

The Freight Agent will manage freight operations, including arranging shipments, communicating with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, and resolving any logistical issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Quote, book, and coordinate freight shipments
• Communicate with shippers, carriers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
• Support long-term customer satisfaction and retention
