Position Overview
ROMA Hired is seeking a highly driven and intellectually curious Intern to support executive search, talent intelligence, and strategic advisory engagements.
This role offers direct exposure to executive search, market mapping, and investment-grade talent research. The Intern will work closely with leadership and contribute meaningfully to live retained searches and executive advisory mandates.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain firsthand insight into high-level talent strategy, executive positioning, and institutional search methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support live retained search engagements through candidate research, profiling, and outreach preparation.
- Conduct market intelligence research across industries including finance, private equity, healthcare, energy, and SaaS.
- Assist in building executive talent maps, competitive landscape analyses, and organizational benchmarking reports.
- Draft candidate summaries, engagement briefs, and client-facing materials.
- Support executive coaching preparation, including background research and briefing materials.
- Analyze compensation benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent movement data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Assist with CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and internal reporting processes.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, content development, and strategic growth projects.
Key Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in executive search, private equity, venture capital, institutional investing, or strategic advisory.

This is a high-exposure internship. Interns will work directly with senior leadership and are expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
