Events Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support the execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand promotions, or hospitality, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As an Events Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting on-site event operations, engaging with attendees, and helping ensure events run smoothly from setup through wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including displays, signage, registration areas, and branded materials
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal event teams
• Provide on-site event support to help create a positive attendee experience
• Assist with post-event tasks, including feedback collection, reporting, and inventory organization
• Complete general administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework or interest in event marketing, marketing, communications, hospitality, or public relations is a plus
• No previous event experience required—training provided
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
