As an Events Assistant, you’ll connect with the community, support events hands-on, and use face-to-face marketing to drive donor sign-ups, giving you real experience in sales, fundraising, and making an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily one-on-one and team training sessions to review goals, performance metrics, and upcoming events.
• Approach and engage community members in a friendly, authentic manner to share stories about our nonprofit partners.
• Inspire contributions and encourage participation in fundraising activities (a portion of your role includes sales/converting interest into donations).
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment during events and team meetings.

• Comfort with face-to-face marketing and interacting with diverse audiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage the public effectively.
