Entry-Level Estimator - Metal Building Industry Location: Englewood, CO (On-Site Only - Not a Remote Position)

Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Estimator to join our growing team at Armstrong Steel, one of the nation's leading manufacturers of pre-engineered metal buildings. The ideal candidate will assist in estimating buildings using MBS (Metal Building Software) and ensuring all inputs, outputs, and customer requirements align with design contracts.

Essential Functions

• Review MBS job inputs, including building codes, loads, openings, and other specifications.
• Perform the initial design of buildings before final review by a Professional Engineer, incorporating any necessary revisions.
• Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity with MBS software is a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints and architectural plans is beneficial.
• Strong mathematical skills are advantageous.
• Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about success.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must reside in or around Englewood, CO (this is an on-site position).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).
