Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Epic Willow Analyst to support our pharmacy systems with a focus on retail pharmacy workflows and new pharmacy implementation. The ideal candidate will be Epic certified in Willow Ambulatory and possess hands-on experience in retail pharmacy operations. While not required, prior exposure to Compass Rose or Specialty Pharmacy workflows is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to recognize problems and respond, systematically gather information, sort through complex issues, seek input from others, address root cause of issues, make timely decisions, can make difficult decisions, uses consensus when possible and communicates decisions to others
• Independently leads and coordinates medium and small projects responsible for managing and meeting project timeline, budget and quality parameters.
• Responsible for the build, support, testing and implementation efforts related to EHR Clinical Systems

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data delivery roles.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (must be current or able to renew)
• Retail Pharmacy Experience – minimum of 2 years working in or supporting outpatient/retail pharmacy operations.
• Proven experience with new pharmacy implementations, including workflow analysis, system configuration, and go-live support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
