Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Wealth Management Associate to join our team. This role offers growth potential, with opportunities for advancement into advisory positions and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions
• Assist with investment strategies, estate planning, and wealth preservation
• Educate clients on financial products and help them make informed decisions
• Collaborate with senior advisors to implement long-term strategies
• Stay updated on financial trends and best practices
• Ensure client satisfaction with personalized service in both English and Spanish
• Travel to Latin American countries if needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in personal finance, wealth management, and investment management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Willing to obtain required licenses
• Background and drug testing required
