What You'll Do

• Cleaning and maintaining copiers, printers, and other office equipment
• Managing local printing environment
• Working at customer location
• Deliver reliable, in-person support to clients
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Manage your own time with confidence
• Think creatively to solve unique equipment challenges

What You Bring

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude (training provided!)
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Computers or previous tech experience
• Copier/printer repair experience a plus
• Customer service skills and a team-first attitude

• Compensation: Because this role is open in multiple locations, compensation varies by geographic area to reflect cost of living and local market rates. The applicable pay range will depend on the location of hire and individual experience.

• Overland, KS: $18.00 - $19.00/hr. DOE
• Frisco, TX: $18.00 - $19.00/hr. DOE
• Bellevue, WA: $23.00-$24.00/hr. DOE
