JOB DESCRIPTION

Company: Plan IT Virtual LLC — a licensed financial services agency and marketing organization partnered with Fortune 500 financial firms.

Compensation: $48,000–$153,000 per year (Commission-Based)

Employment Type: Part-Time (Independent Contractor)

Expected Hours: 15–30 hours per week

General Training: Tuesday 8–9 PM ET | Saturday 11:30 AM–2:40 PM ET

IMPORTANT

• Open to U.S. citizens and green card holders only (no visa sponsorship available).

• Background check required. Fingerprinting may be required for state licensing.

• Financial services is a highly regulated industry.

• Candidates must reside in U.S. time zones (ET/CT/MST/PST) to attend required weekly training.

Position Overview

We are seeking part-time Financial Consultants to join our growing team. This client-focused role centers on delivering financial education, recommending tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships under the mentorship of experienced agency leadership.

All training, licensing preparation, and marketing systems are provided at no upfront cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete state licensing requirements (company-supported) to operate as a licensed financial professional

• Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals and needs

• Provide education on retirement planning, college savings, income protection, and wealth-building strategies

• Recommend and implement appropriate financial solutions

• Participate in ongoing mentorship and training

• Contribute to agency growth through referrals and community outreach

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• No prior financial services experience required (training provided)
