Electrical Helper (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Electrical Helper to support licensed electricians on commercial and/or industrial job sites. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with basic electrical knowledge who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

The Electrical Helper will assist with installations, material handling, site preparation, and general support duties while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work outdoors and in industrial/construction environments

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Must bring basic hand tools

Key Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installation of conduit, wiring, panels, and electrical components
• Pull wire and help with cable tray installation
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow instructions from Lead Electrician or Foreman
• Comply with OSHA and company safety standards
• Use basic hand tools safely and properly

Benefits

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour - Rate may increase based on experience, performance, and project requirements

Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal regulations
