Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in the delivery and set up of digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Support content creation across social media and websites in line with strategy
- Optimization of campaigns based on campaign tracking and reporting
Digital Marketing Activities
- Management of social media accounts with engaging content
- Work alongside agency partner to support strategies for Franchisees
- Support with the set up of Google Business Manager & Social Media profiles for new Franchise businesses
- Assist with email marketing campaigns including copy, segmentation, performance tracking
- Support SEO initiatives through content optimisation and CMS updates
- Work alongside Performance Marketing agency to support strategy
- Help maintain and optimise the website content and landing pages alongside the Marketing Co-ordinator
- Support Marketing co-ordinator with lead management troubleshooting and optimisations
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Technical Skills:
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
