What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on projects and issue resolution
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry processes
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing repetitive tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic tech proficiency
• Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior data entry experience is a plus
• Previous tech experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player and collaborate effectively
