Role Description

This is a remote, contract position for a Data Entry Specialist. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in digital systems. Daily tasks include organizing and verifying data, ensuring its accuracy, and performing administrative support duties as needed. Collaboration with team members and clear communication is essential to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer literacy
• Effective communication skills
• Experience providing administrative assistance and managing multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing data entry tasks
• Requirement: High speed internet connection and PC or Laptop with minimum performance requirements (specs to be provided)
• Requirement: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely
• Requirement: Previous experience in a similar role within the hearth & home or outdoor living industry
• Familiarity with standard data entry and record-keeping software is preferred
• Experience with BigCommerce platform preferred
