What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review incoming Grievance and Appeals documents for completeness, legibility, and relevance
• Accurately identify and assign the correct Line of Business (LOB) based on client and regulatory definitions
• Determine and classify the dispute type according to client-specific guidelines
• Access multiple client systems and portals to retrieve and validate member information
• Participate in quality audits, training updates, and process improvement initiatives as required

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy, and security requirements
• Strong ability to follow client-specific workflows and procedures

• Experience in a customer service or data entry role within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in accessing and navigating multiple client systems and portals
