Position: English Voice Coach / Audio Captioning Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20-$65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate short audio recordings (tone, pitch, timbre, clarity).
• Assess emotional expression, personality, and speaker intent.
• Evaluate articulation, breath control, and vocal expressiveness.
• Provide clear written feedback on vocal performance.
• Collaborate to refine annotation guidelines and processes.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across reviews.

Requirements

• Expertise in vocal techniques and sound production.
• Experience as a voice coach, voice-over artist, or music teacher.
• Strong analytical ability to detect subtle vocal differences.
• Background in voice coaching, linguistics, phonetics, or speech analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1–C2).
• High attention to detail and independent work capability.
