Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and offering technical support. Key day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, documenting solutions, analyzing customer feedback, and delivering excellent communication to build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Technical Support skills aimed at effectively resolving customer concerns and managing technical issues.
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Satisfaction skills with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or technical support setting is preferred.
