The Role
• Provide remote customer support for a leading tax software program
• Handle inbound calls, assess customer needs, and resolve issues
• Set your own schedule by self-scheduling 30-minute blocks
• Operate as an independent contractor, managing your own business
• Maintain a professional, distraction-free home office environment
• Potentially earn performance-based incentives throughout the season
What You'll Need
• Experience with inbound and outbound customer support, preferably in a call center
• Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and documenting call notes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability to changing procedures and tech
• Ability to provide services independently and for extended periods
• Own a Windows 11 (64-bit) PC with dual monitors, a USB headset, and webcam
