What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone

• Help users navigate the platform and resolve issues

• Troubleshoot common problems and escalate complex cases when needed

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams

• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve the customer experience
