Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
• You MUST legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States (excluding CA, CO, CT, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, WI)
• Clear background check (required) and drug test (required by some clients)
• Commitment to complete training and meet schedule requirements
• Windows-based desktop or laptop (no Mac/Chromebook)
• Wired internet connection and USB headset
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
