About the Role

As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting TurboTax users with their inquiries related to tax software and product features. Responsibilities

As a TurboTax Product Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding TurboTax products and tax software functionalities.
  • Answering questions related to downloading, logging in, and basic navigation within the TurboTax platform.
  • Guiding users through importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing fundamental tax questions.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, clarity, and professionalism during interactions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of TurboTax features and updates through ongoing training and certification.
  • Supporting customers in troubleshooting common issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Marketplace Performance Specialists to deliver optimal service.
  • Adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
