Key Responsibilities:

• * Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email and chat channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

• * Handle customer complaints with empathy, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

• * Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information about Myntras offerings, services, and policies.

• * Assist customers with order-related inquiries, payment issues, product returns, refunds, and exchanges.

• * Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and inventory, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service.

• * Ensure a positive customer experience by upholding Myntras values of excellence, integrity, and customer-centricity.

• * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps in the system.

• * Stay updated with company promotions, products, and services to deliver relevant information to customers.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

• * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations.

• * Proficient in using customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.

• * Basic knowledge of Myntras products and services is a plus.

• * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• * Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience:

• * A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

• * Experience handling customer queries via email and chat is highly desirable.

• * Experience working with customer service software or CRM tools is an advantage.

• Working Hours:

• * Full-time position with flexible working hours.

• * Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• * In-depth knowledge of Myntras product range, policies, and procedures.

• * Familiarity with customer service best practices and quality standards.

• * Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
