Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product features, navigation, and basic tax inquiries via phone and chat support channels.
  • Guide users through downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide empathetic and clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of TurboTax products and updates through ongoing training and certification processes.
  • Support customers with basic troubleshooting and direct more complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized support and ensuring a positive experience with TurboTax services.
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to stay informed about product updates and best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements while handling customer information.

You will receive a certification bonus of $405 upon successful completion of the training program, along with an hourly wage of $24. Additionally, from April 9 to 15, you can earn an extra $5 per hour as a Turbo Bonus Boost, provided you work at least 8 hours each day during this period. The certification process is streamlined and completed within three days, allowing you to start assisting customers promptly. The position also provides ongoing support from subject matter experts and marketplace performance specialists, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed.
