About The Role As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing knowledgeable assistance regarding TurboTax products and tax software inquiries. This position offers flexible scheduling options, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing your own hours within designated time frames. Your primary responsibility will be to help users navigate the software, address common questions related to downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, filing, and answering basic tax-related inquiries. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in delivering exceptional customer service.
