About The Role As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to TurboTax users. The role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with the opportunity to work between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday. Responsibilities As a TurboTax Product Expert, your responsibilities will include:

- Guiding users through the download, login, and basic navigation of TurboTax software.
- Assisting customers with importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns accurately.

- Participating in training sessions and certification processes to stay updated on product features and best practices.
