Job Description

About the job

Are you an expert in the world of high-end European furniture? Do you thrive in the intersection of luxury design and operational excellence?

Dexelance USA Corporation (formerly Italian Design Brands) is growing! As a leading conglomerate representing the pinnacle of Italian craftsmanship—including brands like Gervasoni, Meridiani, and Saba—we are seeking a Customer Success & Back Office Specialist to join our New York City team.

This isn't just a "customer service" role. We are looking for a logistics-savvy professional who understands the complexity of high-end case goods and the intricacies of international shipping.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Lifecycle: From processing complex sales orders to overseeing the warranty and claims process.
  • Bridge the Atlantic: Coordinate daily with our logistics teams in Italy, our US warehouse, and global freight forwarders.
  • Master the Product: Develop a deep understanding of multiple SKUs and product configurations (focusing on furniture and case goods).
  • Ensure Excellence: Provide the "white-glove" service our luxury clientele expects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Industry Veterans: at least 2–3 years of experience in the high-end furniture industry is a must. Experience with European/Italian brands is highly preferred.
  • Logistics Knowledge: You should be comfortable discussing freight claims, sea/air containers, and tracking data.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required (we test!), along with experience in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Local to NYC: This is a full-time role based in our NYC HQs
  • Note: This specific role focuses on furniture/case goods.

Why join Dexelance?

  • Competitive salary + Annual MBO.
  • Company's sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision plan.
  • 401K with Employer Matching.
  • Generous PTO and a collaborative, international team culture.
