We partner with clinics across aesthetics, dental, wellness, longevity, chiropractic, and specialty medicine. Our team works directly with clinic owners and operators to implement and scale patient engagement strategies that create real operational impact.

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist with real clinic credibility who understands operational pressure because they have lived it.
This is not a generic SaaS support role. Our clients expect a strategic partner who understands workflows, patient experience, aesthetic services, and medical devices and who is willing to continuously learn and raise the standard.
This role is onsite with opportunities to work remotely. We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and committed to long term growth.
What You Will Own
• Full lifecycle management of clinic accounts from onboarding through long term partnership
• Strategic conversations with clinic owners and operators
• Product adoption, retention, renewals, and revenue growth
• Identifying workflow gaps and performance opportunities
• Clear documentation and cross functional collaboration
• Elevating the overall client experience
You will be the primary partner clinics rely on. Not a middle layer. Not a task responder.

You are comfortable discussing clinic operations, aesthetic services, workflow challenges, and medical devices.
You may not know every detail yet, but you are curious, coachable, and quick to learn.

Requirements
• Direct experience in aesthetics, wellness, or similar clinical environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfort with technology platforms and learning new systems
• Organized, accountable, and reliable
